Why privatization is destroying our country.

- Money is hidden which would otherwise be public domain.
- Cost is hidden which would otherwise be public domain
- There are profit margins.....there should be no profit from a state project or civil works.
- No ONE is accountable. So unless your doing a shitty job this is unnecessary.
- It takes ten times as long to do something incredibly simple ie: changing out a street sign, a street light, adding rail, repairing rail, repairing bridges, maintaining power lines, repairing roads PROPERLY.

If you want your city to fall apart around you and have no one be accountable for it though someone is obviously responsible, then by all means privatize. If you would like to see your city become a community again and things not be constantly in disrepair then act and help to convince the state it needs to pick up the slack itself instead of out sourcing and privatizing the shit out of everything imaginable. Quality of life always comes before profit. Money isn't even real
Anyone in favor of privatization is basically selling their future and their children's future short for a small amount of money that is basically worthless.....

Even so, post the Fukushima disaster, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton signed an agreement with Japan that the U.S. would continue importing Japanese foodstuff. Therefore, Dr. Caldicott suggests people not vote for Hillary Clinton. One reckless dangerous precedent is enough for her.

Bell Apartment living

What a joke. The management staff are less effective than a corral of monkeys in the amazon. There are things breaking and lights burning out all over my apt, and I've notified these people repeatedly, with no action taken on their part. They do not care. There are loud neighbors all over the complex, though there is a written good neighbor agreement......what a joke. The ogre upstairs stomps repeatedly back and forth day and night relentlessly. The 9 puerto ricans across from me slam their door day and night and lets their tiny dog piss all over the building including the stairwells, whilst letting their child stomp around and kick the doors outside. The people on either side of me party and drink till 5am, the amount of noise they emit is astonishing. It's as if there was a night club in the building. I have told management about this repeatedly, they do not care. They actually threatened me passive aggressively. They have still done nothing about the noise, about the problems with my unit, I have sent them pictures. They do not care. There is actually a spot above my door where the wall is very clearly cracking, the framing underneath is beginning to buckle, I showed them this, they said it was just the plaster cracking. So if it's the plaster cracking, why does the wall groan whenever shrek walks above? (SMH) The lawncare guys come at 8 am, leaf blow for 3 hours then abruptly leave. upon viewing the "work" they have made so much noise completing, it seems they've done nothing, if not made the grounds here more untidy, what do I pay these people for ?  The website for the property has, apparently, reviews from residents living here. Yet I cannot leave a review on the property page, it seems management has to pick you to leave a review and if it is in any way negative they simply refuse to post it on their site. Everything about this place is a sham. 1,300 dollars I pay for this place, when I first moved here it was a godsend, now that it is under new management this place is a joke. It has gone downhill faster than the Clinton administration's approval ratings. Oh, not to mention there is a helicopter tour business less than 150 ft away from the complex, so when the neighbors aren't stomping, and screaming, and the lawncare isn't making a whirlwind of noise and dust, and the fire alarms aren't going off, there are helicopters flying in and out every other half hour, on the mark. This place is hell on earth, just with a pretty facade. Don't even get me started on the dogs barking.....day and night, doesn't matter what time of day it is. This place seems to think pet friendly means letting your pets do whatever the fuck they want, when they want, where they want. Pissing, shitting, barking ...everywhere. The day the people across from me moved in, they let their dog into the hallway unattended and it pissed all over my brand new $35 place mat......I knocked on their door and asked if this was their dog and they said nothing, let the dog in and closed the door on my face...........For anyone wanting to live at any Bell property, save yourself the hassle. These people just want your money and for you to shut up and pay them when they demand. That simple, been here for 2 years the first year was original management, they cared, they kept this place up to par, they fixed everything before it got bad, they were helpful in every way with everything. Since new management stepped in, this place is a pretty shit hole, its nice at first glance but then you start to see how this place really operates, how they don't take care for anything, it's a free for all. I want to save anyone looking to rent here, the hassle they most definitely will have to endure whilst living here. Avoid Bell properties and all partners. They take your money and leave you in the filth. They are not helpful, unless it involves your money. and once they have it they are no longer helpful. Management will ignore you, and in some cases they will even passive aggressively threaten to evict you based on some unknown clause written in the lease. Please people for your own good avoid this place.
